JCI Dhaka Aspirants and Shebok Foundation Provide Relief to 1,000 Flood-Affected Families in Noakhali, Feni, Cumilla, and Chandpur
JCI Dhaka, in collaboration with Shebok, has successfully conducted a large-scale relief distribution operation, reaching out to 1,000 families in the flood-affected regions of Noakhali, Feni, Cumilla, and Chandpur. This initiative is part of JCI Dhaka Aspirants’ ongoing commitment to supporting communities in need, especially during natural disasters.
The relief distribution was organized to address the immediate needs of families severely impacted by the recent floods. Essential items, including food, clean water, medicine, and basic hygiene products, were provided to ensure that the affected individuals could sustain themselves during this challenging period.
This critical project was led by JCI Dhaka Aspirants member Sazzad Hossain Yunus, who worked tirelessly with a dedicated team of volunteers to ensure that the relief reached the most vulnerable communities. The distribution was carefully coordinated, taking into account the urgency of the situation and the specific needs of the affected families.
Speaking about the initiative, Yunus expressed his gratitude to all the volunteers and supporters who made this effort possible. “We are committed to standing by our communities in times of crisis. The support from JCI Dhaka Aspirants, Shebok, and our partners has enabled us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have been hit hardest by these floods,” Yunus stated.
JCI Dhaka remains committed to its mission of serving humanity and will continue to undertake similar initiatives in the future. The organization extends its heartfelt thanks to all those who contributed to the success of this relief operation.
